Perfect Books Training In the Classroom

Attend our classroom-based group training course to learn about how PerfectBooks, the legal accounts software package works. Ideal for: existing cashiers who want to learn a new software, bookkeepers who want to get into legal accounts, accountants whose clients use perfect books and bookkeepers who want to use perfect books better.

Format: We cover the solicitors accounts rules, using scenarios of ficticious solicitors - we use the PerfectBooks software to process their accounts. We come across different types of practices - including Family Law solicitors, Intellectual Property Solicitors, Immigration solicitors, Firms in partnerships and sole practioners. We look at how to handle disbursements, client to client transfers, office to client, client to office, where to bank monies received, how and where, who, what, when - it's all covered.

So although you'll learn how to use the software - you'll also understand how to treat items in different scenarios as we will be referring to the rules - the Solicitors Accounts Rules - the revised edition became live on 6th Oct 2011.

Perfect Books Training CD

We have a Video CD course on Perfect Books. It's 2 hours long. Explains different functionality of the software, and comes with a booklet. It runs on a PC. And once you've watched this course, you will know how to enter supplier invoices, process bills, do a bank reconciliation, pull of ledger reports etc.,
